Dr Melanie Iwunze

GENERAL PRACTITIONER

Dr Melanie Iwunze is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and a dedicated General Practitioner with broad experience across all aspects of general practice. She is an accredited Hepatitis B S100 prescriber and has completed the Sexual and Reproductive Health Australia National Certificate. Her clinical competencies include IUD insertion and removal, Implanon insertion and removal, Contraception counselling and advice, Menopause management, Antenatal care etc In addition to sexual and reproductive health, Dr Iwunze has a keen interest in a wide range of medical areas, including Dermatology and Skin cancer, Child and Adolescent Health, Mental Health, Chronic Disease Management, Geriatric and Palliative Medicine Dr Iwunze is known for her patient-centred approach and strong communication skills. She is fluent in English and speaks basic Tagalog.
